Tribalik aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of order confirmation, (working days)
We offer an array of postal services. Free U.K. and international shipping on all orders over £50.
Items are lovingly packaged and posted within 1-2 days from Monday - Friday by our Tribalik team. Our last postage time is 3.30pm.
Your package will be sent via second class mail and if it is over £25 you will need to sign for it. This takes 3-5 working days. Please select first class for 1-2 working days. If you would like Next day delivery please order by 1pm and select special delivery and you will get your package by 1pm the next working day. If you order after this time please contact our orders team as we may still be able to offer next day delivery.
Your order will be sent via airmail which take at least 5 working days. If you would like it tracked and insured please select tracked mail at checkout. This is the fastest option and should arrive within 5 working days. Please contact us after 21 working days if your airmail package is still in transit.
You will have the option to select the carrier of your choice when finalising your order. If you have any concerns regarding our postage services, please feel free to Contact Us.
Postage is charged depending on the weight of your item and starts at £1 for U.K. customers and £2 for international customers.
Any records and/or tracking numbers of items sent Recorded or Special delivery will be kept for a maximum of two months, we therefore suggest contacting us as soon as possible if your package has not arrived when expected.
Returns & exchanges
UK customers benefit from free returns & exchanges, unworn items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer services email@example.com for a return code, postage label for your package and to discuss your order. Please note, in the interest of hygiene please do not try on body jewellery or earrings if you wish to exchange them or to receive a refund. Please return all items unsealed in original packaging.
For international customers return and exchange costs will be covered by 'you' the customer.
