We take 1-2 days to process your orders to allow you to contact us with any special requests. Should you require it sooner please select special delivery where we will ensure to send it the same day and you will receive it before 1pm next day. Or 24 hour tracked where it will take 1-2 days. Otherwise please contact us if you are in a hurry and we will aim to do our best.
Standard mail which is second class royal mail approx. 2-3 days is £1.80 or free for orders over £15.
Tracked 48-hour mail, free for orders over £40.
Tracked 24 hour mail is £3.50.
If you want to receive items by 1pm the next day, order by 1pm the day before and select next day delivery. If you want this on a Saturday it is £10.95. Always email us if you are in a hurry to receive your parcel and you aren't sure how to send it firstname.lastname@example.org

Tracked mail 3-5 working days, £7.50, this is free for orders over £70.
DHL express £42. This will usually arrive internationally by the next working day
Each recipient in a non E.U. country is responsible for the customs charges in their own country. Policies and charges vary between country. Occasionally parcels may take up to 7 working days to clear customs.
Mexico and Russia are currently experiencing extremely long delays in customs so we recommend choosing DHL at check out.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer free post for returns and exchanges within the U.K. on any UNWORN and in original and unused condition items. International customers need to pay for return postage.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving our products at email@example.com where we will give you a code and returns label. Please send back to us with your name, address, email address, order number and issues you have have with the product and whether you want a return or exchange. If an exchange please email us first to check that we have what you require in stock and if so state that that in your note back to us. Please ensure you have well packaged the items in the original packaging to avoid any damage in transport.
International goods being returned to us from outside of the EU must be marked as RETURNED GOODS NO COMMERCIAL VALUE otherwise we will have to pay customs.
