Delivery & Returns

Covid-19, business as usual.

All our international and domestic orders are being shipped as usual. If you are ordering internationally we recommend selecting tracked mail. 

We offer FREE delivery on orders over £25, for UK and all INTERNATIONAL customers. For UK customers it is free tracked mail over £25 and for international customers it is free tracked mail over £50.

We endeavour to pack our items with as little plastic as possible and use UK made biodegradable bubble wrap, tissue and recyclable boxes, bags and plastic free envelopes. 

We take 1-2 days to process your orders to allow you to contact us with any special requests. Should you require it sooner please select special delivery for UK or FED EX or DHL for international. UK Mail

We send 48 hour mail which which is free for orders over £25 and £2.80 below. 
Tracked 24 hour mail is £4.50 for orders under £25 or £2.80 for orders over £25.

Should you require it sooner please select special delivery where we will ensure to send it the same day and you will receive it before 1pm next day. Or 24 hour tracked where it will take 1-2 days. 

If you haven't received your parcel in this time frame make sure you check that a postcard/ delivery note hasn't been left at your address saying "a parcel is waiting for you at your local courier". Also check with neighbours and housemates as jewellery parcels are small. 

Due to covid and Brexit orders can occasionally be delayed contact us after 7 working days.

International mail- FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £25 OR FREE TRACKED MAIL OVER £50

Standard mail, 3-7 working days, £4.95. This is free for orders over £25.
Tracked mail 3-5 working days, £8.50, this is free for orders over £50.
DHL/FED EX express £52-£55 depending on your location. This will usually arrive internationally by the next working day or two.

If you haven't received your parcel in this time frame made sure you check that a postcard/ delivery note hasn't been left at your address saying "a parcel is waiting for you at your local courier". Also check with neighbours and housemates as jewellery parcels are small.

Customs

Each international recipient is responsible for the customs charges in their own country. Policies and charges vary between country. Occasionally parcels may take up to 7 working days to clear customs. If you receive a postcard saying your item is waiting for you in the local courier you have one week to pick up, if you don't it gets sent back. 

Returns and Exchanges

We offer free post for returns and exchanges within the U.K. on any unworn and in original and unused condition items. International customers need to pay for return postage. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS, contact us to exchange it for another size or sale item. 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving our products at orders@tribalik.co.uk where we will give you a code and returns label. Please send back to us with your name, address, email address, order number and issues you have have with the product and whether you want a return or exchange. If an exchange please email us first to check that we have what you require in stock and if so state that that in your note back to us. Please ensure you have well packaged the items in the original packaging to avoid any damage in transport. 

International goods being returned to us from outside of the UK must be marked as RETURNED GOODS NO COMMERCIAL VALUE otherwise we can not refund the item.
